What should I be focusing on? That’s a question that comes up a lot when you are trying to grow your business. And of course, the answer is different for everyone, it depends upon your goals, right?

Wrong!

This is where so many practitioners get off track and wind up feeling overwhelmed and frustrated.


They focus on the wrong things.

If you are seriously trying to grow your practice, you have one main priority:

ATTRACTING CLIENTS!!!

Everything, and I mean everything, in your business depends upon you being able to attract new people who need your services.

Yes, there are lots of things you can and should be doing, but at the end of each day, you have to ask yourself if what you’ve done directly related to attracting clients.

Because if you haven’t done that, nothing else matters.

Now, I’m not saying all those other things aren’t important – they are! But I see way too many practitioners spending their time ‘getting ready’ to have a business, and not actually having a business.

Act Like a Business

The secret to growing your business is to start acting like a business right now – even if you don’t feel ready. Even if you don’t have a perfect website. Even if you don’t have a fancy sales funnel set up. Even if you don’t have a huge email list yet. Even if you _______ (fill in the blank with your special excuse for not getting serious about your business).

You can spend a lot of time, energy, and money working on your business, but the truth is that if you aren’t attracting clients who are willing to pay you what you are worth, you are probably not focused on the right things.

That’s what you need to get good at. Choosing how to invest your precious time, energy, and money.

How to Attract Clients

If you don’t have clients, and you want clients, then the bulk of your focus HAS to be on actions that get you in front of people who need your services so that you can make them an offer.

Client Generating Actions!

That is what really matters most!
